Anytime your team is travelling out of the state for a tournament, or exhibition game, you must receive approval from the District 3 Director.  By filling out this registration you are informing the District Director that your team intends to travel out of the state of Minnesota to play in a tournament or scrimmage an opponent.  

You are approved for travel, once the form is completed and will only hear back if there is a problem.  Your registration confirmation email is your approval.
