• WEAR IT STRAPPED!  You will face a 30-day suspension for not properly wearing your helmet.
• This is automatic and non-negotiable per USA Hockey
• Follow the Main Rule – “When in doubt – sit them out!”
• Return to play must be provided by a doctor or  medical professional.
